When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared to be shipped out. Once with the carrier shipping time is based on your location. Standard shipping is 3-4 business days. Expedited orders are processed the same business day or next business day and ship in 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just aren't as you thought.
*Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). Returns delivered after 15 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
